Here at Social Responsibility, we know how important it is to keep your personal data safe. That’s why we’re committed to making sure that you receive the service you’d expect and that your privacy is protected every step of the way.
This purpose of this Privacy Notice is to let you know how we handle and look after your personal information. We’re unable to provide you with our services if we do not collect and store certain information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and other basic details. In cases where you providing us with some personal information is optional, we’ll make this clear.
The data we collect is stored using appropriate safeguards to ensure security, integrity and privacy. Personal data stored about any customers will only be retained for as longer as it is needed.
We will pass your information to a limited number of third parties for the following reasons:

  • to deliver the services you’ve asked for, including passing details to payment providers.
  • for legal or regulatory purposes, including fraud prevention.

We won’t charge you for a copy of your personal data but we will ask you for proof of your identity before we disclose any such data.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
Any changes to this Notice in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through email notification. Unless otherwise specified, all such changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
